  Buyer BEWARE! I've had a PO box at this location for a couple of years. I have always paid my box rent annually; not monthly. I recently got an office space for my business just shortly after having paid my box rent for the upcoming year. When I called to cancel my box, I was informed that I would not get a refund or even a pro-rated refund. When I asked to speak to a manager, he told me that he would look in to it and call me back. He did not. So be aware that if you plan on renting a PO box at a UPS store, PAY MONTHLY! Do not expect to be treated fairly because UPS needs the money more than you do.

  Is there an option to provide no stars? This place is the worst. Brought my little ones in with me and the lady working there acted as if she was the mother. Not to mention she wanted to sell me a box that I did not want in the first place. Where do they find these people?!
