  If you have a choice where to go for your mailing/shipping supplies, try and use someone other than The Shipping Station. They seem to be doing well without the customer service/dollars. They don't even open until 9:00 which means they don't need the money from those of us trying to get errands done before we get to the office. If you get there before 9:00, like maybe 10 minutes or so, they won't take you early either - especially if it means they have to get off the telephone to do so. So, congratulations Shipping Station. You seem to be one of the few small businesses making it so well in this economy you don't need to cater to the customer.

  I have been using the Shipping Station for years and actually go out of my way to go there. The reason I go back time after time, whether just for stamps or packing and shipping, is Scott. Scott has been the manager of the store since I started going and is the reason I continue to go back. Scott knows everyone's name and he provides outstanding customer service and always with a smile. He is very efficient and kind and is the sole reason I will continue to go back for years to come!
