  I've been a customer since 2004, until recently I was happy. The rates keep increasing without warning or explanation. They were not willing to go to the extra mile to try to reduce my rates. THEN since Irma you can't get ahold of the office to pay my car insurance. It's an automated service and refers me to a paper bill that I've never received in order to make my payment. So, how am I t pay my car insurance if I have no bill with a reference # o it, and I can't get ahold of a live body to take my payment ?? I understand the office is probably innodated with calls for damages due to Irma, but not all of us have that issue. I think there could have been a better way to handle all this and not leave your LOYAL customers high and dry! I will be switching insurance companies, as this was lousy customer service !!! Very disappointed ......

  The 1 star, is too much...I give a below 0 rating!!! Well Dianne L., the staff you had in February, certainly wasn't the staff I had the displeasure of dealing with from March 2016-December 2016, for a simple Condo Policy!! Communication was non-existent...Carol & Lish are two of the most useless individuals I have ever had to deal with. I have been in the Real Estate business for over 30 years, and worked with many difference agencies, NY, NJ, PA, FL and Italy!!! NEVER have I worked with an office that is so unprofessional and just plain disorganized. With proof in writing of a major error, which Lish created and that virtually left me and my property open to liability, Lish did NOT even have the decency to take responsibility!! And, Carol, ex-communicated herself all together. Leaving me scrambling for immediate coverage and spending over $1000 in additional premiums. Outrageous. Awful customer service.

  I stopped in to get a home owners insurance quote. After half an hour with a representative, I was told I would have a quote in 2 days. After a week of not hearing back, I reached out to see if there was an issue or delay. I was assured that I would then have the quote that day. After another 3 days of no contact, I have decided to move my homeowners insurance to a company that respects its customer base. I discourage anyone from frequenting an establishment that has such a blatant disregard for potential new clients.
