- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I've been a Horace Mann customer for a few years now, and love the service that they provided. Everyone there are polite, well mannered and kind. They try to help with may car policies and find ways to save money. I just recently brought a new vehicle and they made the changes without too much of a life interruption. They have been helping me on many ways to diversify my portfolio. Now, I am my way to save for my kids so they can go to College when they decide to do so. I wish I could do all my business related to insurance with Horace Mann. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have been with Gulf Coast Educators Insurance for several years and I can not say enough wonderful things about their office. Their staff is always very friendly, polite and very flexible. They handle your questions and request in a quick and professional manner. If they have not heard from you in a while, they check in to make sure your information and situation has not changed or if you need to update. Finally I feel that they always put you first, meaning that they examine what are your current needs are (car, home, or financial), research and then present you with what services met your needs the best.
