- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆David Agoston is without question the worlds worst lawyer and yes he is a total lazy ass; he will take your money and then do NOTHING until court time and become a jerck to the judge,thus you are painted with the same brush and will look bad to the judge,just look him up with the florida bar and you will see for yourself the number of complaints filed on him; his inside office staff is just as bad and most do not speak CLEARLY IN ENGLISH! here is a great tip for anyone wanting to hire David Agoston as your lawyer DONT DO IT !!!! Also look and you will see he has had to move his office in naples to a smaller location (rent too high) and has had to close his Ft Myers office (lack of clients) NOW YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!By Charles Brownlow, March 30, 2017
