  Same experience like others. They steal the packages by scanning them at a different address and then it appears as they did indeed delivered the package. I've been multiple times at this annex and everyone is very unprofessional. They say they'll call me back and no one does. I've complaint to Linda York the manager and she has believed the carrier over the customer and all they know how to say is sorry. It has also happened to other friends and neighbors. I've complain to however is above this office and they wrote an e-mail back saying they where going to look into this annex because of the complaints they have. They need to start removing/replacing management ( Mr. Barber, and Mrs.York ect)... and doing a good background check before hiring their carriers. Advice, do like i'm doing and pick up packages in person and remember that stealing mail is a Federal Offense, so file a complain online with the USPS.

  After 12 years of owning our home they suddenly and without request stopped delivering mail to our address. My attempts to resolve have been unsuccessful. Went to the post office in person and was told to call before 8:30AM the next day and speak to our carrier directly which I attempted to do for 45 minutes straight. Problem is NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE! We are expecting an urgent letter from our bank up North - it's already been returned once. I guess I'll be back at the Post Office again today.
